Robert Half is currently looking for Leasing Specialists in Camp Springs, MD and Glen Burnie, MD area. Summary of Responsibilities: 1. Provide office administration support to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager. 2. Answer phones, speak with existing and prospective tenants, resolve tenant issues and schedule prospective tenant appointments. 3. Follow up on leads, post Ads daily, conduct market surveys and manage outreach programs. 4. Maintain and follow up with applicants on the waiting list. 5. Manage the leasing process to include preparing and verifying lease applications, employment history, background checks, credit reports, and references. 6. Follow up and manage the approval/denial reports. 7. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
