Responsible for relaying incoming telephone calls, greeting visitors and performing diversified clerical duties in a professional manner
Provides administrative support for a senior manager by performing assignments requiring research of opportunities on GovWin, and EBuy for growth initiative
Composes, prepares, and updates documents/spreadsheets, correspondence
Arranges events, or meetings, issuing information or invitations via Microsoft office, and performs special projects as assigned
Performs a variety of clerical duties, such as maintaining files, ordering supplies, copying and faxing documents, preparing check requests and expense reports, and opening and distributing incoming mail
Arranges travel plans and itineraries for Sr. Management and PM's in the field
Acts with discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive material; requiring to sign and adhere to a confidentiality agreement 1) Tech Savvy – Proficiencies in MS Office products. Heavy use of PowerPoint for presentations and will be asked to use formulas in Excel to calculate data. (Other excel skills can be taught but if candidate has exposure to invoicing and other accounting functions HUGE +) 2) Internships and entry level admin experience 3) Personality – outgoing, professional, aptitude to learn, multi-tasking/time management skills. Etc. – Candidate will be taking a written assessment to vet their grammar, punctuation, and tone in composing an email; they will also be subject to an Excel assessment (Jr./Moderate level experience)
