Operational Technology Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Conduct research, analyses, and identification of emerging and continuing capability gaps. Work as part of a team that develops and implements a 12-month material solution scouting plan focused on solutions for identified capability gaps. Assess the development and demonstration of select material solutions and develop required CONOPs that facilitate the down-select process. Prepare briefings and required reports that recommend solutions to the organization’s leadership.

Basic Qualifications:

-4 years of experience with the military

-Experience with assessing operational requirements and identifying capability gaps

-Experience with developing research plans, conducting research, and developing solutions

-Experience with transitioning capabilities into operational environments

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Army preferred

-Ability to facilitate and interact in a cross-functional team environment, multi-task, and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and contingencies

-Ability to think critically and provide logical and feasible recommendations in line with organizational priorities

-Ability to communicate effectively, clearly, and concisely through multiple mediums, including presentations and reports using Microsoft Office software
