OfficeTeam is seeking an entry level Mortgage Assistant! The Mortgage Assistant will be responsible for processing, evaluating, and organizing loan documents and collateral files. This Mortgage Assistant position is a temporary-to-hire opportunity that is available through OfficeTeam in the Tysons Corner, VA area! Responsibilities also include (but are not limited to): - Reading, analyzing, and interpreting mortgage/finance documents - Processing information quickly and with a high degree of accuracy - Identifying and resolving any discrepancies with data entry - Researching and resolving issues with documentation - Reviewing the quality of all documents submitted and correspondence with members - Develop and maintain effective communication with office counterparts - Prepare, format, proofread and edit documents and correspondence - Answer Incoming Telephone Calls on Common Line - Assist project teams by providing administrative, technical and clerical support
