Rowe Price Common Trust Funds (Trusts), or other investment products (collectively, the “Products”). In leading these initiatives, the Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across the firm including investments, sales, client servicing, reporting, and accounting. The Senior Business Analyst will also continue to provide project and research support to FPM-NA managers. The incumbent must be able to act independently, make certain business decisions, and collaborate with business partners and project teams to influence and advance initiatives. This role will provide intrinsic value to the organization, as the incumbent will lead certain initiatives, train analysts, enhance policies and procedures, and spearhead improvement processes that will allow FPM-NA to continue to efficiently manage initiatives and product related tasks.

For each initiative, the Senior Business Analyst will be expected to identify the objectives and goals, manage the project planning and any related documentation, make substantive decisions, and provide direction to team members. The incumbent will lead certain discussions with business partners across the firm’s operations, distribution, investment, and corporate divisions to drive these initiatives to a successful completion.
Business Analysis and Support - Assists FPM-NA Managers by researching new or existing investment strategies, business processes, or regulatory developments in support of department initiatives. Coordinates the collection of information, identifies key trends, and presents such information to FPM-NA managers in a concise and professional format. Facilitates meetings with business partners for the purpose of eliciting and documenting business requirements from which products, services, and tools are developed. Validates that requirements and assessment of risk elicited match the stakeholder’s understanding and meets their needs. Acts independently with minimal supervision, identifies potential risks to FPM-NA and/or the firm’s business-as-usual operations, and elevates issues to management when necessary. Works with FPM-NA Managers on the development of product-related recommendations to both mid-level and senior staff.
Infrastructure Development and Support – Develops and evolves team and client reference resources. Researches new tools and technologies that may benefit the operations of the team such as SharePoint to enhance FPM-NA’s project tracking and execution. Develops and leverages metrics to analyze and measure the effectiveness and outcomes of projects, initiatives, and product launches. Develops standard documentation for FPM-NA-led initiatives to enhance processes and improve effectiveness.
Board and Product Administration – Assists with the preparation of board materials. Provides on-going product support for investment vehicles such as supporting a benchmark change, managing a fund name change, or adding a new share class.
