Robert Half is currently looking for entry level Customer Communications Specialists to manage a high volume of customer accounts. Customer Communications Specialists should be seeking a long term career opportunity in a sales role within the organization. Summary of Responsibilities: 1. Manage a high volume of domestic and international inbound calls 2. Manage existing customer accounts and customer engagement 3. Handle account questions, policies, and assist with refund policies 4. Provide technical assistance/troubleshooting for account issues 5. Provide product information, upsell accounts and build rapport with customers 6. Partner with the sales teams and other departments as needed 7. Escalate irate customer calls to management 8. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
