Requirements: - Solid understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines - Customer service experience preferred - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions - Strong computer skills including customer database systems - Proven knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly - Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries - Demonstrated talents in communicating and interacting with clients/customers, both internal and external - Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office - Excellent verbal, written, and social skills - Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach - 2+ years' experience of proven performance in a goal-driven customer-focused environment desired If you derive professional and personal satisfaction from the expert application of customer service on a case-by-case basis, we want to hear from you.
